The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems is designed to help individuals with impaired lung function achieve their personal goals for breathing easier. Through a combination of education and exercise, you will focus on increasing your independence and minimizing the effects of your lung disease.

The program is 2 days a week for 18 weeks, with each session lasting 1 hour and provides:

Medical Management
Exercise
Breathing Retraining
Education
Emotional Support
Nutritional Counseling
